How to Make Money Fast as a Woman (7-Ways Tried & Tested)

Nothing is hard if you are ready to put in the hard work. And if you are willing to make an effort, there are plenty of ways to earn money.

In this post, we will discuss some truly effective ways to start making money this year without having to work all day long.

As you start seeing growth, you could even turn these opportunities into a full-time gig and earn a decent income.

But let’s start slow. Check out these 7 easy ways to make money fast as a woman:

1. Blogging –

My answer to the question, “What is the best way to make money online?” has always been the same—blogging.

Anku and I started blogging back in 2017 as a fun summer project and quickly fell in love with writing about our favorite tech gadgets.

So, it’s no surprise that blogging tops our list of online earning methods.

There’s definitely high earning potential in blogging. We’ve consistently generated six-figure income through our niche blogs with Raptive as our ad management partner.

The best part? You don’t need a huge investment to get started. All you need is to pick a blog name, purchase hosting, and choose a niche—whether it’s DIY crafts, yoga, event management, or anything you’re passionate about—and start writing!

Once you start getting traffic, there are multiple ways to monetize a blog. You can explore Affiliate Marketing, Sell your Digital Product, or stick with the beginner-friendly method of earning through Display Ads, just like we did.

We’ve put together a dedicated article on How to Start a Blog, complete with an essential setup guide. Make sure to check it out!

It’s a free, detailed guide, and we’ve shared insider tips you won’t find anywhere else.

You can start today and potentially earn $100 – $200 by the end of Month #2 and even $1,000 by Month #4 if you target Pinterest traffic effectively.

2. Content Writing –

If you love writing, there’s another great way to earn money while taking care of your kids and family.

The best part is that you don’t have to stick to the same topic repeatedly. If you sharpen your skills, you can easily research and write about any topic that interests you.

In the past, we’ve also hired a freelancer for one of our blogs, and just like us, there are countless bloggers and companies constantly searching for good content writers.

Platforms like Freelancer, Fiverr, and Upwork can help you get started. Once you hone your skills and manage multiple projects, you could charge anywhere between $100 to $200 for a single project.

As you gain experience, you can start finding clients independently using LinkedIn. A strong LinkedIn profile can help you secure high-paying deals.

The best part is that you can start earning as early as the first week of joining freelance platforms.

3. Graphic Designer –

Guess what? I have a graphic design background as well! And let me tell you, even if you don’t know how to use complex graphic design software, you can still start your journey.

Many Pinterest bloggers and companies (including us) are on the lookout for talented individuals who are skilled in Canva and can create attention-grabbing Pins in large quantities.

In fact, last year, we hired a team of eight Canva Graphic Designers who produced Pins that helped us grow multiple accounts on Pinterest.

So, yes, there is definitely demand. And if you’re interested, you can start learning Canva through YouTube, where you’ll find hundreds of free courses! The best part? Canva itself is free to use, so you can practice as much as you want.

Once you feel confident in your skills, you can work as a freelancer and find potential clients on platforms like Freelancer, Fiverr, and Upwork.

The opportunities are out there. Go. Grab. Them!

4. Faceless YouTube Channel

I was very much passionate about starting a YouTube channel about tech gadgets back in 2016. But, I didn’t had the resources and confidence to show my face and talk to the audience.

Later, I discovered some niches where videos can be created without the need of any showing face.

And if you are someone who want to start a YT channel but don’t want to disclose your identity, you can always start a Faceless YT Channel.

Faceless YT videos just need stock images, videos and a voiceover to work. And some topics do not even require the voiceover also. Just background music works.

In fact, many big YouTube channels are making millions of dollars by producing videos using stock footage and voiceovers only.

If you’re starting a faceless YouTube channel, follow these simple steps:

  1. Choose a niche you’re passionate about and can consistently create content around.

  2. Write a script for your video and record a voiceover by reading it aloud.

  3. Find high-quality stock footage that aligns with your script.

  4. Use a video editing tool to sync your voiceover with the stock footage, creating an engaging video.

  5. Upload your video to YouTube and promote it on social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter.

Start your YouTube channel as a side hustle, as it typically takes 4 months to a year to generate significant income.

As your channel grows, you can eventually transition to doing it full-time.

5. Virtual Assistant (VA)

Another job role that is in high demand is the Virtual Assistant. Digital nomads and small business owners are always looking for someone who can manage their administrative tasks.

Some might need help with managing interns and emails, while others may ask you to handle customer service responsibilities.

The pay varies based on the type of work and the responsibilities assigned.

If you’ve managed a household, you can easily handle the responsibilities of a VA. It’s probably not much harder than being a woman managing a family, right?

As a woman, becoming a virtual assistant is one of the best ways to earn a decent income while staying at home. All you need is a PC, an internet connection, and your skills.

6. Print on Demand (POD)

You might have heard of dropshipping a couple of years back when almost every creator was talking about how they earned hundreds of thousands of dollars.

POD, or Print on Demand, is based on the same business model, but with POD, you have more control over the product.

There are several products you can sell – T-shirts, tote bags, coffee mugs, pillow covers, aprons, and much more.

All you need to do is select a good design for the product, list it on your e-commerce store, and run ads to promote it. When a customer places an order, the print-on-demand company automatically fulfills the order.

The best part is you can run this business right from your home, and you don’t have to worry about dead stock.

Unlike traditional models, you don’t need to buy printed products in bulk beforehand. The product is only printed when a customer places an order.

7. Etsy Store

Etsy is a great marketplace where you can list your products and start selling without the need to create a website or e-commerce store.

Etsy works particularly well with digital products. As a woman, you can easily get started with selling on Etsy from the comfort of your home.

You can sell Canva templates, printable artwork, educational material, digital stickers, invitation cards, and much more.

If you have a graphic design background, that’s a plus, but even if you don’t, you can learn to use Canva, which can help you create most types of digital products.

Etsy is a fantastic side hustle, but you’ll need to conduct in-depth research to understand what works best for you! So, start by a good research and start selling. Good luck!

And that’s it!

Now you know all the ways you can make money online as a woman.

The next step? Choose a path and take the leap.

If I had to share one mantra with you, it would be this: Don’t be afraid to fail. Every setback is a lesson, and every lesson brings growth. So start today, your journey begins now 🙂
